Do you want to return your order or exchange it for another item?
What a shame that the item(s) are not good, but of course it can happen! Fortunately, you can easily return or exchange your purchase (provided the item(s) meet our return conditions). You can return your item(s) within the Netherlands from €6.95.
The rates for returns outside the Netherlands can be found on the page where you register your return.
Return conditions:
- The consumer has (at least) 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
- Then (at least) 14 days to return the product.
- After registering the return, you as a retailer have (a maximum of) 14 days to refund the order amount including shipping costs.
- Discounted items cannot be returned.
- The items must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in their original condition and packaging.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
COMPLAINT
Did you receive the wrong item, wrong size, is a product missing or is the product damaged? Do not return the item yet, we cannot reimburse return costs afterwards. Our customer service will contact you within 24 hours on working days for a suitable solution!

Returning items from multiple orders
It is no problem to return items from different orders together. As long as both orders fall within the return period, you can return items from multiple orders in one registration.

Do you want to use a different courier than PostNL? No problem! Register your return via info@lafemme.amsterdam and send it within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging with packing slip to the address below:

Hoe wij te werk gaan
Bij La Femme draait alles om persoonlijk interieuradvies en woonstyling die helemaal aansluit bij jouw wensen. Van eerste kennismaking tot oplevering en nazorg, wij begeleiden je stap voor stap bij het creëren van een stijlvol en functioneel interieur.
01 - Kennismaking & Intake
Om jouw droominterieur te realiseren, starten we met een persoonlijke kennismaking. Samen bekijken we de ruimte en bespreken we jouw wensen, doelen en stijlvoorkeuren. Zo kunnen wij een advies op maat maken dat perfect bij jou past.
02 - Moodboard & Planning
Op basis van jouw voorkeuren maken wij een noodboard en een concreet plan van aanpak. Hierin visualiseren we meubels, kleuren, accessoires en stylingdetails. Samen bespreken we dit en stemmen we deadlines en eventuele aanpassingen af.
03 - Definitief plan & Begroting
Na eventuele wijzigingen wordt een definitief plan opgesteld inclusief een gedetailleerde begroting. Zo weet je precies wat je kunt verwachten voordat de realisatie begint.
04 - Realisatie van je interieur
Wij nemen alle logistiek uit handen: van inkopen tot het coördineren van vakmensen. Wij richten de ruimte volledig in met meubels, accessoires en verlichting. Zo kun jij ontspannen terwijl wij jouw interieur tot leven brengen.
05 - Nazorg & Service
Ook na oplevering blijven we beschikbaar voor vragen, feedback of aanvullingen. Bij La Femme stopt ons werk pas wanneer jij volledig tevreden bent met je persoonlijk interieurontwerp.
