If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us. In such cases, we always check whether subsequent delivery of the item is possible.
In order to clarify the matter as quickly as possible, we need some photos of the delivered product showing the defect. In case of incorrectly delivered product, please also send us a photo of the product.
We will have our logistics department check whether we can offer you another copy immediately after receiving the photos.
If an exchange is not possible, you will of course get your money back.
We do everything we can to keep our stock up to date. It is best to leave your email address with the product online, when the item is back in stock you will automatically receive an email! For more information you can always mail to info@lafemme.amsterdam.
We ship within 1-3 business days. During public holidays the delivery time may take longer. In that case, we are not liable, but we advise you to contact the delivery service.
At the moment we only have an online webshop and it is possible to pick up your order. For more information and to plan the collection of your order, please email info@lafemme.amsterdam.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the option to return your order within 14 days. You can read other information on the returns form included with your order.
We think it is important that you are satisfied with the product you purchased from us. If this is not the case, you can always return it to us within 14 days at your own expense. Below you will find the instructions for quick processing:
1. Send an email to info@lafemme.amsterdam to register your return. Don't forget to include your order number in the email so that we can look up the order immediately!
2. Circle your reason(s) why you want to return something:
- does not meet expectations
- Wrong size/colour ordered
- Delivered too late
- Otherwise;
Exchange for another product? That is possible, send an email to info@lafemme.amsterdam and let us know which product you would like to exchange it for and we will reserve the item for you. As soon as we have received your return order, we will send the new product to you.
1. Repack the product (where possible) in the original packaging.
2. Print the returns label and stick it on the outside of the packaging (if you have multiple packages, request a separate label for each package). The received returns form can optionally be placed in the package. This is no longer necessary. Please include the packing slip.
3. Deliver the package to the nearest service point.
Not satisfied with your product and would you prefer a size smaller or perhaps the product in a different color? The solution is to order the desired product and return the product already received to us for a refund.
Have you received an incorrect or damaged product? We can then exchange the product for a new one. Naturally, we must have the product in stock.
You have a gift card and would like to redeem it. Below you will find some rules/conditions for the use of gift cards, so that you will not be faced with any surprises. If you are unable to redeem the gift card in accordance with the conditions below, please contact us.
Gift card conditions:
- Gift cards may be subject to a minimum order value (excluding shipping costs)
- Gift cards cannot be distributed among members, but are linked to one account.
- Gift cards cannot be settled retroactively with an order
- You cannot use the gift cards to reduce or eliminate shipping costs
- If you return an order you may lose your gift card
