You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@lafemme.amsterdam. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How we work
Are you moving soon, renovating or could your current interior use a touch up? Then we can help you! View our step-by-step plan below of how we work.
Meeting: In order to make your interior dreams come true, it is important that we get to know you a little better. After all, you know best what suits you. During the first introduction, we will look at the space together and discuss your wishes and goals in detail.
Mood board: After we have discussed all your wishes, we will get to work for you. We create a mood board so that the customer has an impression of what we propose. If desired, the furniture can also be drawn.
Planning: We will look for the right furniture together with the customer and will then meet again to go through everything and discuss the latest changes.
Realization: Once we have approval from the customer, we will put everything into action.
Aftercare: Everything is delivered to the customer and we will also be present with any accessories to finish the house!
